Community and Surveys 

Alida Discovery 

The new AI-powered semantic search finds, summarizes, or recommends relevant surveys and questions using natural language prompts. 

Note: Alida Discovery is currently available to select customers through an Early Access Program (EAP). If you are interested, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

AI Survey Creator

Upload a survey that was drafted in Word and let Alida AI give you a significant head start in authoring a survey. 

Customize Hubs notification preferences

More granular controls allow you to determine which Hub interactions trigger notifications, and whether the notifications occur in-hub or via email.

Member tagging in Hubs

Hub members can now tag one another through @ mentions of display names. These @ mentions will trigger notifications if enabled.

Refreshed activity selection page 

We've refreshed the look and feel of the first page you see when you create a new activity. This change affects all activity creation workflows for surveys (creating, importing, AI Survey Creator, starting from a template), power surveys (creating and importing), external activities, forums, and video discussions.

Redesigned survey builder toolbox 

The survey builder toolbox has a new look and feel: 

• We've reorganized questions and survey objects into more intuitive groupings.
• To reduce scrolling, we've eliminated the tiles and replaced them with a more compact list view.
• You can add and manage favorites so your most frequently used survey objects are right at your fingertips. 

Modern reporting enhancements 

• Recode templates 
  Save commonly used recodes as custom templates that you can apply to subsequent reports.
• Banner templates 
  Save commonly used banners as custom templates that you can apply to subsequent reports.
• Data cleaning: Response tagging 
  Evaluate responses and tag them as noteworthy or low-quality using modern reporting's built-in functionality. Tags can be used in modern report data tiles, banners, recodes, and filters, and they appear in filtered CSV exports.
• AI Summary enhancements for filtered responses
  Regenerate the overview after you've filtered your report to summarize filtered responses only.
• AI Image Moderation for Image Upload questions (beta)
  AI Image Moderation helps protect researchers and stakeholders from seeing offensive or inappropriate images when viewing reports that contain image uploads from participants. When enabled, Alida automatically screens images using an AI service before they appear in Modern Reporting.
• MaxDiff question support
  Modern reporting offers a high-level summary view, a Zero-Centered Differences (ZCD) chart and table, a convergence plot, and TURF analysis for MaxDiff questions.

Modern reporting enhancements

• Analysis on Choice-Based Conjoint questions
  You can now analyze Choice-Based Conjoint data modern reports. The new and improved conjoint market simulator also supports up to 10 product profile simulations, whereas the old conjoint simulator in standard reporting only supports 3 product profiles at a time.
• Customize how answers are displayed
  Merge, relabel, show or hide, and reorder answers.
• CSV export for response data now supports options to either export all survey responses or just the filtered responses
• Profile variable categories in modern reports
  You can now browse profile variables by category anywhere in modern reports (for example, when adding a banner based on a profile variable).
