Figma integration
Unmoderated usability testing now supports Figma. The new Figma integration includes:
- Enhancements to the Usability Task question type to support Figma prototypes and define path-based or end screen-based success
- An updated authoring workflow
- A seamless responding experience
- Insightful and intuitive reporting which includes heat maps and key metrics
AI Assistant in modern reporting (beta)
Use the new AI Assistant in modern reporting to create visualizations and text narratives, identify trends, and gain deeper insights from your customer data.
AI Follow-Up in Open End question (beta)
Improve the quality of responses to Short Answer and Long Answer questions by enabling AI Follow-Up. Once enabled, AI-generated follow-up questions are triggered whenever participants provide poor-quality answers. The follow-up questions prompt participants to elaborate and provide more detail.
AI Copywriter in hub posts (beta)
Use the AI Copywriter to create compelling hub post content quickly and easily. When you use the AI Copywriter, none of your data is used to train Alida's AI models. Any sensitive data stays within the Alida platform and remains secure, which makes this workflow a safer option than using an external AI tool to write hub posts.
Modern reporting enhancements
In addition to the exciting new AI Assistant, we've introduced these improvements to make modern reporting even better:
- Report data is only loaded upon first use of the report, and cached for all subsequent users, improving the performance and responsiveness of modern reports. Users are still able to refresh report data at any time on demand.
- Single Choice Grid and Multiple Choice Grid statements can now be used as banners.
- Significance tests can now be applied to totals.
- View the full text for each question when you are adding banners.
- You can select whether you want to show or hide counts or percentages.
- You can now download video transcripts for recordings.
- You can now show or hide columns in banners.
Navigation enhancements
We've updated the Apps menu with a new look, providing faster and more intuitive access to all your features. We've also made it easier to access the Alida Help Center by moving Help to the main navigation toolbar.
Community import enhancements (coming soon)
We're making updates to ensure that profile variables are created correctly in the Community app, both when adding a new profile variable in the UI and using the CSV import functionality. Previously, Single Choice profile variables with a large number of values could be created inadvertently, impacting application performance. Profile variables are now created with the Text type by default.
Member and Member Group enhancements
These enhancements streamline and optimize your workflow for searching through member data to quickly create a cohort, reducing the time it takes to find the audience you want to study.
