This page communicates the new features in Alida's January 2024 release.
Community and Surveys
- "Add multiple groups to an invitation" is now available
Create one invitation that you can send to one or more member groups at once. Message deliverability and participation statistics are broken down by member group, so you can track how the invitation is performing for each segment and send targeted reminders to under-responding groups. - Bulk upload images to the Assets Library
The new Assets Library allows you to maximize survey authoring efficiency by uploading all the survey images you need at the outset. Once uploaded, the images are available to add to survey questions and answers. This will save you a lot of time compared to uploading one image at a time. Uploaded images can be used in multiple surveys, and other users can use the images you uploaded. - Duplicate Set Value action rules
You can now duplicate Set Value statements while creating a Set Action value. Simply click the options menu beside a group of action rule conditions and select Duplicate. This will save a lot of time, especially in complex surveys with many Set Value actions. - Responding view enhancements in modern surveys
We're introducing some improvements to how questions appear in modern surveys.
- Question images now appear larger and are resized to a maximum width of 900 pixels width or a maximum height of 600 pixels.
- Updated image ratios:
- Landscape (3:2)
- Portrait (2:3)
- Square (1:1)
- For Single Choice and Multiple Choice questions:
-
- Larger answer tiles are displayed.
- There is no border on answer images.
- Answer images are resized to a maximum height of 184 pixels.
- No radio buttons or check boxes appear on answer options.
- Maximum 3 answer columns can be displayed. Because the question is responsive, the number of columns will decrease on smaller screen sizes.
