Simplified distribution functionality
The distribution user interface was updated to give Community users a more intuitive experience. Users can distribute activities with confidence by using dedicated tabs for each stage of the distribution process, and view a confirmation checklist before sending or scheduling. While learning how to use the new distribution page, users can toggle back and forth between the new and old interface for a limited time.

Saving and sharing question templates
Share templates stored in the Template Library with other Community users for a more efficient authoring experience. Additionally, you can now filter and find templates by type, share status, owner, and keyword.

Show or hide a visual indication of members' progress in a survey, in desktop and mobile view.

Visual enhancements to mobile surveys
Refreshed mobile look and feel for almost all question types, providing members with a more modern survey responding experience.

Alternate distribution reminders
Users who have alternative deployments enabled on Community can now send follow-up reminders to members.

Data Privacy Consent (California Consumer Privacy Act)
Data privacy consent to comply with CCPA regulations enabling members to opt out of having their data sold to third parties.

Refreshed look and feel of Card Sort question type.

Enhanced Data Access (Beta Version)
Export API improvements leading to an exponential increase in performance and scalability of bulk profile variables and activity response data exports. This feature has been rolled out to a few customers as part of an early access program. If you are interested in learning more, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
