Community and Surveys

• Import or export surveys

  Improves authoring efficiency by allowing users to share existing surveys across different instances of Community.

• Templates for advanced activity types

  Alida's team of experienced researchers has developed a set of templates that lets customers quickly create surveys on idea generation and refinement, brand and category measurement, and engagement. To access the templates, sign in to the Alida Help Center and search for the Knowledge Base article "Guide to Alida survey templates," or click the link above. (You must be signed in to the Alida Help Center for the link to work.)

• Enhanced Data Access now generally available to all customers

  Export API improvements leading to an exponential increase in performance and scalability of bulk profile variables and activity response data exports.

• Enhancements to user roles and permissions (Beta Version)

  We're making it easier than ever to secure access to the consent data and personally identifiable information (PII) that's collected through Community:

  • Power User role

    New user type with access levels somewhere in between Admin and Author. Power Users are similar to Admins, but unlike Admins, they cannot assign user roles or modify user permissions, and their access to sensitive data can be restricted.

  • Can access sensitive data permission

    This new permission setting allows Admins to grant Power Users and Authors access to sensitive data on a per user basis.

  These enhancements have been rolled out to a few customers as part of an early access program. If you are interested in learning more, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

• Updated Community login page

  Refreshed look of the login page used to sign into Community.
