To reduce the need to re-profile members regularly, members can view and update specific profile variables directly from the member hub. Admins can select which profile variables to display and whether the values should be updated at any time, annually, or semi-annually.

Community customers can embed quick polls in their member hubs by using one of Alida's new applications, Touchpoint. Touchpoint has a visual appeal that's tailor-made for today's mobile first, social media forward participants, and can be used for quick polls, recruitment, and engagement.

Configurable Admin Single Sign On (SSO)
Customers who want more control over access to their enterprise applications, and who want to provide their employees more streamlined access to these applications, can now configure SSO themselves more easily compared to the previous manual process.

With our first mobile app, we will provide on-the-go visibility into activities with a new activity progress dashboard.

Introducing Touchpoint Quick Polls and Recruit
All existing Community customers now have access to Touchpoint, allowing them to create a quick poll that can easily be embedded in their member hubs. Customers can engage with their members, collect quick feedback and understand what topics of conversation should be further explored on a larger scale through Community.
Additionally, upgraded customers can embed a recruitment survey link at the end of a Touchpoint activity, and distribute the Touchpoint activity across their existing platforms to recruit new community members.
