This page communicates the new features in Alida's April 2021 release.
Community and Surveys
-
Conjoint analysis is an advanced survey-based statistical technique used in market research to determine how people value specific attributes (features, function, and benefits) in a product or service. With Alida's new Choice-Based Conjoint question type, survey authors can answer "What if" questions about which attributes consumers consider the most influential. The intuitive authoring interface and reporting solution allows everyone, from less experienced survey authors to veteran market researchers, to focus on their project without having to worry about the intricacies of experimental design and analysis.
This feature is available at an additional cost. For more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
-
Survey responding now supports Arabic and Hebrew surveys. Question types, invitations, survey headers and footers, and sign-up pages that use Arabic and Hebrew as a locale will display with right-to-left alignment. Similarly, integrations via profile variables for external data sources such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Marketo allow additional data to be made available in the rules engine. This allows actions to be triggered based on the new fields, as well as the ability to pipe these fields into actions such as emails or Alida cases.
