Modern survey responding experience
Alida continues to update the survey responding experience, providing participants with a more visually appealing and intuitive survey interface. These question types are now available in modern view:
- Single Choice Grid
- Multiple Choice Grid
- Net Promoter Score℠
- Rank Order
- Phone Number
- Zip / Postal Code

Carousel view for Grid questions
In modern view, Single Choice Grid and Multiple Choice Grid are displayed as carousels. One grid row appears at a time as a statement card. Participants answer each card and have a chance to review all the cards at the end.

Piping support for Rank Order questions
Rank Order questions can now be used as a pipe source.

Distribute your survey to participants obtained through a third party sample provider or panel company like Lucid or Cint. This workflow leverages existing functionality in the platform.

Customize cookie consent message in hubs
You can now modify the cookie message displayed to hub members. Add links to privacy policies or pages, or update the language to something that better reflects your brand or your legal team's requirements.

Member display name improvements in hubs
When they log in to the hub, members are greeted with a pop-up message that describes how their display name and other personal information is used throughout the hub. Members have complete visibility into how their information is used and shared, and can update their information on the spot if desired.

Virus scanning in hubs
All uploads to hubs now undergo virus scanning, and any malicious uploads are blocked.

- Cross-Survey Analysis
Compare the results from multiple surveys in a tile from a dashboard or Crosstab report using the Source field. Data from surveys distributed at different times to the same audience or similar surveys distributed to different audiences can be grouped and compared to understand customer satisfaction or NPS®1.

Text Analysis Dashboard
Discover sentiments and key phrases from Open End questions in a text analysis dashboard where pre-populated template tiles or new tiles can be customized. Understand customers' opinion of your products and branding and causes of customer pain.

Allow users to edit and view published dashboards.

You can now map similar questions from multiple activities to a single dataset field.

Scalar values in datasets
You can now assign numeric values to Single Choice data fields in datasets that can be used in Dashboard calculations and visualizations.
