Sparq is now called Community in the Alida platform.

Modern survey responding experience
Alida continues to update the survey responding experience, providing participants with a more visually appealing and intuitive survey interface. These question types are now available in modern view:
- Image Upload
- Choice-Based Conjoint
- MaxDiff
The modern version of MaxDiff also allows images to be added to attributes.

We've made enhancements to community themes that allow modern surveys to look their best. New and improved survey theming controls include:
- Header Image Alignment
- Header Background Opacity
- Page Background Image
- Page Background Opacity
- Content Background Opacity
- Footer Background Color

When you duplicate a survey, you now have the option of duplicating the standard reports. This option is useful if you have complex report configurations that you want to carry forward into your duplicate survey.

Use Multiple Choice and Multiple Choice Grid selection count in survey authoring conditions
You can now construct conditions in survey logic, masking, and Set Value actions that reference how many Multiple Choice or Multiple Choice Grid answer options were selected.

Video Discussions participant selection
When preparing invites for video discussions, users can view a list of members in the selected Member Group and choose individual members to send the email invitation to.

Video Discussions iCalendar support
Invite and reminder emails include an attached iCalendar (.ics) file that allows participants to add details for upcoming interviews to their personal calendars. Moderators and Observers can download .ics files for their video discussions.

Member Hubs newsletter composer enhancements
Manage and build more creative newsletters with new font and color selection tools, preview newsletter layouts, and clone draft newsletters.

Member Hubs language additions
Right-to-left languages are now supported throughout hubs, including all admin pages.

Bulk user management with CSV upload
Admins can manage adding and updating large number of users by preparing and uploading a CSV file. Define a list of users to add or update, specify the appropriate permissions for each user, and upload the file to the platform to apply all of the changes.

Org hierarchy .CSV files now include additional information with a Label column for UI display names and a UID column that adds a unique identifier for each Name value. Admins can also view their current org hierarchy in the application.

Text analytics for survey dashboards
Features of text analytics, including sentiment and key phrase analysis, are now available in one-click dashboards.

Create configurable dashboards from Touchpoint data, including being able to use sentiment analysis for open end responses with text analytics.

Mobile app integration and activity distribution
We've made it easier than ever to integrate mobile apps with Touchpoint and distribute activities in them. On the Digital Channels page, you can add and manage mobile apps the same way you do with websites. Once a mobile app is integrated successfully, you can distribute an activity to the mobile app. Specify which screens the activity should appear on and how it should look.

The new Customer Journeys app helps you visualize and optimize everything that happens before, during, and after the experience of a product, service, or employment. Map out a customer journey and link the different stages to specific activities, customer integrations, and applications across the Alida platform. Then, monitor KPIs in dashboards that are updated weekly and correspond to each journey stage.

Sentiment analysis in Social Reviews
You can now view automatically generated sentiment analysis that categorizes reviews as positive, mixed, or negative.
