How do I create a purge members list within a specific date range?

When exporting member groups, users can filter by statuses such as Undeliverable, Unsubscribed, and Purged. However, the system does not currently support filtering these status updates by a specific date range directly within the platform. As a workaround, you can create a member group containing all members with the desired status (for example, Purged, Undeliverable, Unsubscribed), export the list, and then use Excel's filter functionality to narrow down the results to a specific date range.

Detailed Steps

1. Open the App Drawer and select Member Groups.

   

2. Click New Member Group.

3. In the Member Status section, select the relevant statuses (for example, Purged, Undeliverable, or Unsubscribed).

    

4. On the toolbar, click Export, then click New.
5. Select your member group from the list and click Export.
6. Once prepared, click Download to save the file.
7. Open the downloaded file in Excel and apply filters to the date column to target your specific range.
