The member participation data export displays the overall participation history for every member in your community and allows you to see multiple participation events from each member. You can see the most recent LastParticipationDate for each member by removing duplicate members from your Member Participation Data export.
Detailed Steps
Export your Member Participation Data
- In the Community app, click Metrics.
- At the top left of the page, click Export Member Participation Data.
Result: The Export Member Participation Data dialog appears.
- Select a date range to see activity data.
- Click Export.
See the recent participation date for each member
- Open the Excel file you exported.
- Select the LastParticipationDate (Local Time UTC-07:00) column.
- On the Home tab, click Sort & Filter and then click Sort Newest to Oldest.
- Select the Email column.
- Navigate to the Data tab, click Remove Duplicates.
Result: The Remove Duplicates Warning dialog appears.
- Select Expand the selection if it is not already selected and click Remove Duplicates...
- Click Unselect All and then select Email in the Columns section.
- Click OK.
Result: The first occurrence of the email in the list is kept but Excel deletes any duplicates that occur after.
