The Lost count in the Community Size report reflects monthly data. In certain cases where a member's status has changed twice within the month, the information displayed in the report may not match the information that's in the export.
Mismatched Lost counts may occur because of the following scenarios:
- The members have completed the profiling questionnaire or recruitment survey and then "left" the community with a status of Unsubscribed, Undeliverable, or Purged, within the same month.
- The members have completed the profiling questionnaire or recruitment survey, but unsubscribed before they confirmed themselves as members. These members are included in the export's Lost count as Unsubscribed, but are not included in the Community Size report.
