When you use flat Grid questions, you can add hyperlinks as answer options.
Detailed Steps
- Go to the Questionnaire tab of your study.
- Select the Grid question desired.
- Click the pen icon to select answer options.
- Click HTML.

Add <a href="website_link" target="_blank">Option Name</a>, where:
- website_link is the website link related to the option.
- _blank is an option from target attribute, which allows you to open the website_link in a different tab.
- Click Update.
- Click Save and Validate.
