To download or retrieve image files uploaded to recent or past power surveys, you can use the developer tools in your browser.
Tip: For some images, such as those included in single choice questions, you can right-click the image and select Save image as. Try this option before you resort to using your browser developer tools.
Detailed Steps

Open the Surveys app.

Open the power survey you want to save images from.

Click the Distribute tab and then click the Links tab to retrieve a test or live activity link.
Use this link to navigate to your power survey. -
Hover the mouse cursor over the survey image you want to retrieve, right-click and select Inspect.
The developer tools sidebar opens in your browser. You can use either the Elements tab or the Source tab to find the source URL for the image. You can then open the source URL in a new tab and save the image.
Method 1: Elements tab
- Click the Elements tab.

Locate where the image is referenced in the source code and click on it.
For example, the header image for a power survey is contained in the <div id=”header-outer”> code block. -
Hover over the URL and then click on the Current Source URL.
A new tab opens in your browser with the image. -
Right-click the image and select Save image as to save the image to your device.
Method 2: Sources tab

Click the Sources tab.
- Expand the assets.visioncritical.net folder and then and click the arrow icon to expand each subfolder to locate the image you want to save.
- Click on each image until you find the one you want to download.
The image preview populates once you click on the image file. - Right-click the image file and select Open in new tab.
- Right-click the image and select Save image as to save the image to your device.
