How do I view the data for participants that participated in my survey after changes were made? (Power Surveys)

When you make changes to a live survey, you can update the version/label when you publish these changes. If the version is updated then the system variable Version can be used in your report filter. If the version isn't updated, you can use the StartedDate variable for your report filter instead. In order to use the StartedDate variable, you would need to make note of when the changes were published.

Example

You have made changes to your survey and updated the Version to 2.0 when you published these changes.

Details Steps

1. Open your report or export.
2. Click Edit Filter.
3. Click Browse Question Groups.
4. From the drop-down, select Studies.
5. Start to type the name of your study.
6. Select the study.
7. Search for Version or StartedDate variable.
8. Add either variable to the right-hand pane.
9. Click the Include tab.
10. Click the gear icon and select Add Condition.
11. Add required logic. Using the example above, the logic would be: Version IS 2.0
