How long does a session last if I am inactive?

A session lasts for 20 minutes after you have been inactive. This is for security reasons and cannot be modified. If your session expires, you can log back in.

Note: When you are composing an email message and you haven't saved any of the changes, the system counts that as inactivity even though you are working on the Email Editor. This is because there has not been any input into the system until you click SAVE.
