Emails delivered from the Initial Access Link and Reset Password links triggered through Manage > Users, come from the community's configured support email address.
The Forgot Password feature generates emails that come from the noreply@visioncriticalpanels.com email address. In the event that you are not receiving emails when performing the Forgot Password workflow at the login screen, please ensure this address and domain are added to your Safe Sender's list in your email client.
