The Alida platform has the built-in capability to destroy any data of specific members or respondents that our customers choose to tag as sensitive. This is done using our Sensitive Data Purge function, which allows for the destruction of any tagged data fields. The purpose of this capability is to ensure that our customers have absolute control over which data fields are purged and which are retained. Customers will typically tag data fields that contain an ID variable (such as name, email, and so on) as sensitive, and then use this function to action DSARs (for example, the right to erasure/right to be forgotten). To confirm, data destroyed in this manner is non-recoverable and will no longer be available to either the customer or Alida teams.
