Charts (Video Feedback Report)
The Charts tab allows you to create and customize charts and visualizations related to your Video Feedback data
- Additional Data
- Word Cloud
- Sentiment
For the purposes of the Voxpopme and Alida integration, the Maps tab is not relevant and does not work.
Create charts based on additional data
On the Charts tab, the Additional Data tab creates charts based on the additional data you've added to the Video Feedback Report through the function.
- On the Charts tab, click the Additional Data tab.
- From the Data type list, select the survey question or profile variable.

Customize the chart's appearance.
- Select a chart type (Column, Bar, Pie, or Table).
- Select or customize the Chart Colors.
- Choose a Sort option to change the data display order (Ascending, Descending, or Alphabetical).
- Choose Figures to display counts, or Percentages to display percentages.
- When you are finished, click Add to showreel to add the chart to your showreel, or Download to download the chart as a PNG file.
Customize the word cloud
Customize the appearance of the word cloud by excluding words, and then export the word cloud as a PNG file for external use or add it to a showreel.
- On the Charts tab, click the Word Cloud tab.
- Click inside the Excluded words box.
- Begin typing words, pressing Enter after each word.
- To delete a word from the exclusion list, click the delete button beside it.
- Select or clear Exclude any words included in the project's question.
- When you are finished, click Download and follow your web browser's prompts to open the PNG file.
View and download sentiment data
See how participants have reacted to your question. The sentiment chart displays the percentage of sentences that were given a positive, negative or neutral sentiment score.
- On the Charts tab, click the Sentiment tab.
- Click Add to showreel to add the sentiment chart to your showreel.
- Click Download to download the chart as a PNG file, and follow your web browser's prompts to open the file.
