Add sentiment to a text response

Categorize responses with an overall sentiment (positive, negative, neutral, or mixed). You can use the sentiment analysis in Sentiment, Word Cloud, and Tag Frequency visualizations later.

Example

1. In the Responses tab in your text analysis, click the arrow in the Sentiment column, and select a sentiment for the response given.
   You can tag responses with the following sentiments predetermined by the application:

   • Positive
   • Negative
   • Neutral
   • Mixed
2. Click Filter by sentiment to filter responses by sentiments.

You can now create the following visualizations:

• Create a Word Cloud visualization
• Create a Tag Frequency visualization
• Create a Sentiment visualization
