Export a report as a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx). Once exported, you can keep and delete slides, edit the information on them, and customize the appearance of graphs and tables. -
Export a report to CSV
Export your report data as a CSV file to see how each participant answered the survey, question by question. This export type is useful if you want to review raw response-level data, filtered response data or if you want to do analysis on your own outside of the application. -

Character limits for SPSS exports
For SPSS exports, there are character limits for responses to Open End questions, "Other, specify" answers, and variable names. -
