Use the Question Library to save questions, page elements, and survey actions as reusable components for future surveys.

Note:

• Components that use a display option supported in both classic and modern view always appear in the Question Library. However, components that use a classic-only or modern-only display option only appear if you are authoring a classic or modern survey, respectively.
• The Question Library allows a maximum of 100 components per user. Each survey object counts as one component. If you have nested survey objects (for example, one page that contains multiple groups of questions), you can save the entire component at the page level as a single entry.
• Question Libraries are user-specific. One admin user's Question Library will be different from another admin user's Question Library; however, they can share components with each other.
• Question Libraries are specific to application instances. If an admin user has access to multiple application instances, their Question Library in each application instance will be different.

• Save a survey object to the Question Library
  Save any survey object (questions, page elements, or survey actions) as a reusable component for future surveys. If you have nested survey objects (for example, one page that contains multiple groups of questions), you can save the entire object at the page level.
• Edit a Question Library survey object
  Modify a saved object and update it in your library.
• Add a survey object from the Question Library
  Use a saved question, page element, or survey action to create a new survey object.
• View and manage Question Library objects
  View and filter saved objects, edit an object name, or remove an object.
• Share or unshare a Question Library survey object
  Allow other users in the same application instance to use your Question Library survey objects to create new survey objects.
