Contact questions ask participants to book an appointment, or to provide contact information (a valid phone number, email address, or zip or postal code).
Use participant information question types to ask participants for contact information. Participant information questions are validated when the participant clicks Next. Participants that do not provide a valid phone number, email address, or zip/postal code will be prompted to re-enter their information.
- Phone numbers and postal codes from countries other than Canada or the US.
- Postal codes that start with 0.

Phone Number
Phone number questions contain question text and a blank answer field, where participants must enter a 10 digit phone number including the area code.
This is the base phone number display option, and it is available to both desktop and mobile participants. Use Phone Number question when you need to ask participants for a phone number.

Zip / Postal Code
Zip / Postal Code questions contain question text and a blank answer field, where participants must enter a valid Zip Code or Postal Code.
This is the base email display option, and it is available to both desktop and mobile participants. Use the Zip / Postal Code question when you need to ask participants demographic questions or group this question type with a Short Answer questions when asking participants to provide an address.
