Campaign-level reporting

Learn more about reports for Touchpoint campaigns. Campaign reports are very similar to activity reports, but they display aggregated data and allow you to drill down to activity-level reports.

• Overall Analysis (campaigns)
  View summary and participation data for a Touchpoint campaign.
• Response Breakdown (campaigns)
  View a detailed summary of participants' answers to Touchpoint activity questions within the context of a campaign.
• Activity Insights (campaigns)
  View statistics about the performance of individual Touchpoint activities within the context of a campaign.
• Filter report data (campaigns)
  Focus your analysis on a subset of Touchpoint campaign responses.
• Export results (campaigns)
  Export activity data in a CSV file for analysis outside of the application, to view the email addresses collected through an Email Entry screen, or to view the verbatim responses collected through a Text Entry screen.
