View a subset of your video responses or data according to specific criteria.

Sort responses.
- Click the sort button in the top right.
- Select the data point you want to sort by.

Choose whether to sort in descending or ascending order.

On the left side of the page, click Filters to expand or
collapse the panel.

Filter responses by likes, sentiment, or tags.
- In the Filters panel, click Advanced.
- Click Add Filter.
- Select a Filter By option.

Optional:
For some filter options, review the data type.
The application assumes the data type that's the best fit. However, you can review and reset this. Options include:
- Number
- Text

Select a condition operator:
- Equals
- Does Not Equal
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- True
- False
- Select the values to filter on.
- Optional: To add another filter condition, click Add Filter.
- Optional: Set the relationship between multiple filter conditions to Any or All.

To delete a filter condition, click the delete button.

To filter by likes, set your filter condition to
Like
True.

To filter by sentiment, select Sentence
Sentiment or Sentiment and select
Positive, Neutral, or
Negative.

To filter by tags, create a filter condition using
Tag.

Filter responses by date.
- In the Filters panel, click Date range.
- Select a start date and an end date.
- Click Apply.
- To remove all filters, click Clear.
- To filter responses by theme, click one of the theme words in the Filters panel.
- To filter by additional data, select the Variable and Value.
