Established practices
Alida’s developers strive to maximize the accessibility of all components of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. As part of our development process we test our software against accessibility tools and iterate on feedback from accessibility experts.
Conformance to standards
Alida’s platform is a complex, ever changing environment. Regular release cycles continually offer new features. The design of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering allows our clients ample flexibility to customize content as well as provides the opportunity for their members to contribute content. Due to this dynamic dialogue among our clients and their community members, there is variability in the nature of the content provided and consequently, in whether such content satisfies all accessibility standards. While we cannot guarantee that all the content presented on the Alida platform is accessible, we endeavor to empower and facilitate our clients to provide the best accessible experience possible for their community members.
WCAG 2.1
For our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering provided to our clients for their community members, Alida strives to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.Conformance decisions

- Surveys have the option to leverage rich multimedia question types that are not potentially accessible due to their visual nature. We continue to explore options to improve accessibility on these question types.
