Add or remove a link in forum text

Insert links in your forum description, post, or reply text. You can also remove the links if you change your mind.

1. Optional: Add a link.
   Note: If you add a link with text when you post in desktop view, and then edit your post in mobile view, the link will revert to plain text.
   1. On the Formatting toolbar, click the Link button.
      
   2. In the Link dialog, enter the link.

      You can use links that begin with:

      • http://
      • https://
      • mailto:

      If you do not enter a link protocol, http:// will be appended to the beginning of the link.

   3. Click OK.
2. Optional: Remove a link.
   1. Place your cursor in the link text.
   2. On the Formatting toolbar, click the Unlink button.
