Tagging responses with one or more keywords can help you identify common themes. You can also use tagged responses to build Tag Frequency visualizations later.
Example
You want to identify themes guests discussed in a customer satisfaction survey for a flight. To do this, you create a tag for each recurring theme in the responses.
As you analyze the responses, you can add or remove tags as key themes emerge. When you are done tagging the responses, you can use the tags to create a Tag Frequency visualization to share with key stakeholders.
