Generate text analysis summaries of open-ended responses,
including an overview and positive and negative takeaways.

In the top right corner of an Open End or
Net Promoter Score℠1 question tile, click the options
menu and select
Tile Settings.

Select the
AI Summary tab.

Turn on the
Show AI Summary toggle.
The AI Summary settings appear.

Optional:
From the
Summary Language drop-down list, select the
language to use for the output of the overview and the positive and negative
takeaways. The default language is
English (Canada).
Note: You cannot change the summary language after the analysis runs. You can add an additional
summary language by adding a new tile with the same question to your report.

Optional:
Select Limit the number of responses, and enter the
number of responses that the AI Summary should limit analysis to.
This option is useful if you have lots of Open End responses and generating an
AI Summary will take a long time. Instead, you can limit analysis to a subset of
responses. This will produce an overview that, while not comprehensive, will
still provide a "good enough" analysis for a time-sensitive project.
