Monitor overall participation and recent activities at a glance from the Community page.
Access the Community page by opening the Community app and clicking Community.
Statistics widgets
The statistics widgets provide a snapshot of overall participation. Therefore, they exclude the following:
- Nonmember participation (for example, through survey links)
- Recruitment surveys
- Activities that have been excluded from Community statistics
The following table explains these widgets in further detail.

| Active Members |
Active Members shows the number of active members whom you can engage. This number includes all active members across multiple communities. For a more thorough breakdown, click View Community Size. |
| Survey Response Rate |
Survey Response Rate shows the percentage of currently active members invited in the last 30 days who completed a survey, including those that were disqualified or over quota. For a detailed statistical breakdown for each survey to which members were invited, click View Survey Statistics. |
| Utilized Participants |
Utilized Participants shows how many members have received the minimum number of invitations and completed the minimum number of activities within the specified number of months, as defined in the participation rate calculator. |

- Click See All Metrics to go directly to the Health Metrics page.
Activities
The Activities area provides a quick overview of recent activity participation. To appear in the Activity Stats area, an activity must have been opened in the last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days (as specified by the date filter). This includes any activities that were closed and then re-opened within the date filter's time frame.
- Click See All Activities to quickly go to the Activities List.
- Use the arrow buttons on the left and right to scroll through the activity widgets.
The following tables explain the information displayed in each activity widget.

| Survey Name | Click the survey name link at the top to go directly to the activity's Monitor page. |
| Survey Status | Shows the survey status, which is usually Open. |
| Total Invited | The total number of participants invited through email invitations or survey links to complete the survey. |
| Completes | The number of times participants completed the survey. |
| Incompletes | The number of times participants dropped off and failed to complete the survey. |
| Disqualified | The number of times participants were terminated because they did not meet the criteria to continue. |
| Over Quota |
The number of times participants were terminated because enough participants completed the survey:
This count excludes participants who skipped a question because the quota for the question was met, and then proceeded through the rest of the survey. These participants would be recorded with a status of Completed or Disqualified depending on how the rest of the survey goes. |

| Visited | The total number of participants who joined the forum. |
| Voted | The total number of participants who voted on posts in the forum. |
| Posted | The total number of participants who posted or replied in the forum. |
| Lurked | The total number of participants who joined, but never posted or voted in the forum. |
