About the Members page
Use the Members page to locate members and manage their details.
- Import and export members and profile variables.
- Use the AI Member Group Builder to filter the members you are interested in. For more information, see Create a group with the AI Member Group Builder (beta).
- Filter the members included on the Members page. By default, all active members are included.
- Search the members included on the Members page based on the Name and Email columns. Use this option when you want to quickly search for one or more members without modifying the filters applied to the Members page.
- The filters currently applied to the Members page are listed.
- If you have applied a filter that you want to use in the future, you can save it as a member group directly from the Members page. Only the filter is used to create the member group. If you have entered a search term in the Search Members text box that limits the number of members displayed, it has no effect on the member group that is created.
The members table lists all members that match the filter applied, and any search criteria you have entered. For example, if you have the default filter applied showing all active members and enter "Dave" in the search text box, only active members with "Dave" in their name or email are displayed.
- Immediately above the table is a count of the total members in the table, the number of selected members, and the option to purge the selected members.
- Use the column headings to sort the members listed. Click Email, Date Joined, Community, or Status to sort the list in ascending or descending order. You can also use the checkbox on the left to select, or deselect, all members listed in the table.
- Each row in the table can
be expanded using the arrow on the left to display the member ID. You can click
the
Name link to manage the members details.
Note: Unknown appears in the Name column when the system variable does not contain a value. For more information, see FAQ: First and last name system variables for upgraded customers.
- Select the number of members to display on each page from the drop-down list. You can show 10, 25, 50 or 100 members on one page.
- Use the controls on the bottom right to navigate between pages in the table.
