Export your modern report data as a SAV file for advanced analysis in SPSS or other statistical programs.
- Open the modern report.
- On the report toolbar, click Export > SPSS (Response Data).

Select one of these options:

Filtered Responses: Think of this as the more
user-friendly export option. The export includes the responses that match
the filter currently applied to the report. If you want to include all
responses, remove the filters.
The export also includes other data such as profile variables and tags. Tags are included if they were applied to responses or added to the report as data tiles.
- All Responses: Think of this as the raw data export option. The export includes the raw survey responses collected by the application.

Click Export SPSS.
The Active Exports dialog is displayed while the export file is created. You can wait for the file to become available to download or return to the dialog later by selecting Export > View Active Exports.Tip: If you decide you don't want an export after it started, or if it's taking too long, you can click Cancel to stop the export generation. You can only have one export processing at a time.

In the Active Exports dialog, click
Download next to the export.
When the download is complete, you can open the file from your web browser, or from the folder where it is saved on your computer. For example, in Google Chrome you can access the download from the top-right corner of the browser.
