Specify the roles that can post to a collection

You can limit the users that can post to a collection based on their user role. You specify the minimum role that is permitted to post.

1. On the task toolbar, click Properties > Collections & Tags.
   
2. On the Collections & Tags page, click Edit next to the collection name.
3. Select the least privileged role that users must belong to in order to add posts to the collection.
   

   The roles from least to most privileged are:

   • Member
   • Collaborator
   • Moderator
   • Owner
4. Click Save.
