Communities and themes may be missing from the survey preview dropdown menus because the survey's primary locale does not match the default locale of the target community. You can fix this by using Manage Locale to add the missing locale and enable multi-region previews.
Detailed Steps
- Go to the Build tab.
- Click on Translations and select Manage Locale.
- Check the default locale for the other community.
After saving, you will have the option to preview the survey in either of the available locale in the community.
Example
When managing communities for both English (United States) and English (Canada), selecting the U.S. locale during survey creation will filter out Canadian-specific communities and themes. However, once you have added multiple locales to the survey, you can toggle between them to preview different regional themes.
