Preview and download Image Upload images in modern reports

You can browse and download images uploaded by respondents directly in the modern report.

For survey questions that are flagged as sensitive data, you must be an Admin, or a Power User or Author with the Can access sensitive data permission to view or download images in Image Upload tiles.

Note: Images cannot be viewed or downloaded from Image Upload tiles in shared reports. Images uploaded by members are always treated as sensitive data.

1. Open the modern report
2. Navigate to an Image Upload tile in your report.
   The first page of images is displayed in the tile.
3. Browse through multiple pages of images, if applicable, by clicking the page numbers at the bottom right of the Image Upload tile. You can also adjust the number of entries displayed on each page by selecting 5 (Default) or any of the preset options up to 10 from the Show # per page drop-down list.
4. Click View All Images to preview all of the images in a single Uploaded Images dialog where you can scroll through the images in an expanded page.
   You can export all images or a selection of the available images from the Uploaded Images dialog. For more information, see Export uploaded images from modern reports.
5. To preview an individual image:
   1. Hover over the image you want to preview and click Expand.
      

      The member ID of the respondent and the date when the image was uploaded is displayed in the Image Preview dialog.

   2. To zoom the images in or out, use the plus or minus buttons or drag the slider.
      
   3. To download the previewed image click Download Image.
      
   4. Click Close to exit the Image Preview dialog.
