More than one user can view a survey at the same time. However, for an optimal user experience, only one user should edit a survey at a time.
When two users change a survey at the same time:
- The system automatically saves the changes by the user who updated the survey first.
- A user who changes the survey after it is updated will see a message prompting them to refresh the survey. Any changes the user made before refreshing the survey are not saved.
The following message indicates another user is working in the survey:
Click Refresh to update the survey, and enter your changes again.
