Export your survey report as a CSV or Excel file to view an "Other/Specify" answer.
Example 1: View "Other/Specify" answers for Single Choice questions
In your survey, you ask participants the following Single Choice question:

After your survey has collected data:
- Export your survey report as an Excel file. In the
export file, click the tab named Pet (Single Choice) to
view the answers.
- Export your survey report
as a CSV file. In the export file, you will see a column named
Pet and a column named
Pet_Other (please specify).
- The column named Pet lists the answer values participants selected, including "Other/Specify".
- The column named Pet_Other (please specify) lists the answer values participants entered in the text field.
Example 2: View "Other/Specify" answers for Multiple Choice questions
In your survey, you ask participants the following Multiple Choice question:

- Export your survey report as an Excel file. In the
export file, click the tab named Pet (Multiple Choice) to
view the answers.
- Export your survey report
as a CSV file. In the export file, you will see a column named
Pet_Dog and
Pet_Cat, and two columns named
Pet_Other (please specify).
- The column named Pet_Dog records the number of participants that answered "Dog".
- The column named Pet_Cat records the number of participants that answered "Cat".
- The first column named Pet_Other (please specify) records the number of participants that answered "Other (please specify)".
- The second column named Pet_Other (please specify) lists the answer values participants entered in the text field.
