Edit a tag

Edit existing tags, as necessary, to meet your organizational requirements.

You must be an Admin, or a Power User, Author, or Video Discussions User with the Can schedule Video interviews and manage projects permission to complete this task.

1. Select Insights > Tag Insights from the main menu.
2. Click the tag name to edit, and enter the new name.
   

   Note: Editing the tag name will update the tag name on all clips associated with the tag.
3. Click outside the text box to save the new tag name.
4. In the Auto-Clip column, select the checkbox next to the new tag if you want the software to automatically "save the moment" each time a participant says the word(s) you are looking for.
5. In the Categorize column, select the category to associate the new tag from the drop-down list next to the new tag.
