You can use tags to make it easy to find the exact clip to view or add to a highlight reel.
Users can tag their saved moments directly in the meeting room. Project owners, collaborators, and editors can add tags to clips after an interview.
When a moderator or observer clicks Save Moment, a popup will appear that allows them to tag that saved moment, and suggests the 3 most popular tags, which are defined as the most-used tags across all interviews in your project. The most popular tags will dynamically update.
Users can also type new tags, and previously used tags in that project that are not included in the 3 most popular tags will be auto-suggested.
Each video clip is automatically tagged with a separate positive, negative, neutral or mixed sentiment based on AI analysis. The sentiment can be manually adjusted to better reflect the content of the clip.
When you tag a saved moment, the tags are displayed in the clip list so you can find the clips you care about. You can also filter clips by tag or sentiment on the Recordings page and the Highlight Reels page to help with analysis and simplify creating highlight reels.
You can use tags to:
- Tag themes that align with company objectives for the year (for example, sustainability, personalization).
- Tag brand mentions, competitors, and alternatives discussed.
- Tag research objectives for the specific project (for example, damaged hair, convenience, usability).
- Tag stimuli (for example, creative a, concept 2).
