Allow stakeholders to easily view your report using a share link.
-
Set up the report for sharing:
- Add any filters you want to apply to the report. The shared report will have these filters applied. Users that access the report through the share link cannot modify the filters.
- Shared reports allow anonymous access and therefore restrict access to sensitive data. A sensitive data message is displayed in report tiles and tabs where access is blocked in the shared report. You can configure the data tiles to turn off these tabs, or remove the tiles entirely, if you do not want to display the sensitive data message in the shared report.
You can share a report with internal and external stakeholders, including individuals that do not have an Alida account, by providing them with the share link and passcode (if required).
You must choose an expiry date for the share link by selecting a preset time period or a specific date. You can optionally add passcode protection to further restrict access to the report.
Users can use the share link to access the report. If a passcode is set up for the report, users are required to enter it before they can view the report.
Users accessing the report using the share link:
- Have read-only access to the report. They can expand or collapse tiles, but cannot rearrange tiles in the report.
- Can refresh the data displayed in the report.
- Can export summary data from the report in Microsoft Excel format.
- Cannot export CSV (Response Data) or Uploaded Images from the report.
- Cannot view or download images from individual Image Upload tiles.
- Cannot view individual responses for Tree Test questions and Usability Task questions.
- Cannot view individual other/specify responses in Single Choice and Multiple Choice questions. This applies whether or not the survey question the report data tile is based on is flagged as sensitive data.
For some survey question types the information displayed in the report tile depends on whether the survey question is flagged as sensitive data. If the survey question is flagged as sensitive data:
- Open End responses and Net Promoter Scoreā 1 Follow-up Responses are not displayed in the shared report.
- Users can view the overview and takeaways in the AI Summary tab but cannot drill down to view individual responses.
- Users can view the sentiment analysis crosstab but they cannot drill down to view the Relevant Responses page.
If the survey question is not flagged as sensitive data these individual responses are displayed in the report.
