Configure crosstab and summary table display settings

You can configure whether all of the crosstabs in your report display percentages only, counts only, or both percentages and counts.

Open the modern report.

This setting also affects the summary tables for Single Choice Grid, Multiple Choice Grid, and Rank Order questions.

1. On the report toolbar, click Settings.
   
2. Select from the following options:
   • Show Percentages: Only show percentage values.
   • Show Counts: Only show count values.
   • Show Both: Show both percentages and counts. This is the default setting.
   Each crosstab and summary table included in your report is updated with the new display setting.
