Close the activity

Change an activity's status from Open to Closed to stop gathering data and block activity access.

1. Open the activity by doing one of the following:
   • Click the App Drawer and select Activities, and then click the survey name.
     
     
   • If the activity is a recruitment survey, click the App Drawer and select Recruit, and then click the recruitment survey name in the Recruiting list.
     
     
2. Click the Distribute tab.
3. Click Close > Close Now.
4. Click Close when prompted for confirmation.
   The activity is closed and links are inactive. You cannot send invitations and reminders, and any scheduled invitations and reminders are cancelled. Participants are blocked from accessing the activity.
