Personal information may be processed by the Alida group entities listed here for the purposes of the customer and technical support: Alida (AU) Pty Limited (Australia); Alida Inc. (Canada); Alida (FR) SAS (France); Alida (DE) GmbH (Germany); Alida (HK) Ltd (Hong Kong); Alida (JP) KK (Japan); Alida (PH) Inc. (Philippines); Alida (Singapore); Alida Solutions Ltd (UK and Ireland); Alida (US) Inc. (USA). Additionally, Alida may process personal information from these entities for the purpose of providing certain Professional Services and Managed Services when in scope.

1 Alida products use Amazon CloudFront to support efficient content delivery. Please note that the global CDN servers are only used to the extent that an end-user is located in that region.
2 Backups may be synced to other AWS regions to improve resiliency as noted below. Alida products use AWS Bedrock to provide AI services. AWS has switched to a multi-region model where AI requests are run in several AWS hosting locations rather than the specific AWS region your Alida instance is hosted in. The data in these AI requests is not stored in these regions; it is only processed there briefly and then deleted.

3 Member uploaded images for customers located in NA1 (Canada) shall be processed in the USA.

5 Veridata Project managers may be based in the US or UK. Panel moderators capable of fulfilling local language requirements may be based in the US, UK, Canada, the European Economic Area, and countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Additional locations are available by client request and on a case by case basis.
