Add a visual separator between different survey objects on a page to make completing your survey easier for participants.

From the Survey Builder
Toolbox, under
Survey
Structure, locate the
Divider element.

To add the
Divider element to the desired position in the
Table of Contents, do one of the following:
- Click the Divider element then hold down the cursor and drag to the desired position.
- Click the Divider element to add to the Table of Contents then drag or right-click to select either Up or Down to move to the desired position.
The Divider element is placed between the desired survey objects.

Optional:
To preview the
Divider element in desktop or mobile view, in
the
Edit Pane of one of the separated survey
objects, click
Preview.
A preview of your survey appears, starting with the selected survey object.Note: Preview in mobile view only simulates the mobile experience. For best results, preview your survey on a mobile device.
Divider element from the participant's perspective
In modern surveys, adding a divider subtly increases the amount of empty space between two questions on the same page, thereby creating a bit of visual separation.
