Sort crosstabs and charts into ascending or descending order to quickly identify the most/least popular answers.
The Sort by Total option is available for all questions displayed as crosstabs and their associated charts. This includes the individual crosstabs and charts for Single Choice Grid, Multiple Choice Grid and Rank Order questions.
Sorting a bar chart in descending order enables stakeholders to easily see the relative popularity of these activities.
The sorting option you apply to the tile is saved in the report.

Navigate to the data tile you want to reorder.
Charts and crosstabs are not sorted by default. This is indicated by the up and down arrows next to Sort by Total. The crosstab or chart cycles through unsorted, sorted descending, and sorted ascending as you click Sort by Total.

To sort the chart or crosstab in descending order click Sort by Total once.

To sort the chart or crosstab in ascending order, click Sort by Total twice.
