Summary
The Summary statistics provide an overview of click rates for all of the newsletters within a specific time range. You can click a statistic to see which users received, opened, and clicked a link in a newsletter.

| Recipients Reached | The number of unique emails that the newsletters have been sent to. |
| Open Rate | The percentage of deliverable emails that have been opened at least once. |
| Click-Through-Rate | The percentage of your deliverable emails that has a link clicked on at least once. |
| Unsubscribed | The number of users who unsubscribed from sent newsletters. |
| Marked Spam | The number of newsletter emails reported by recipients as spam. |
| Delayed | The number of emails that required more than one try to be delivered. Click Delayed to see why the emails were delayed. |
| Undeliverable | The percentage of emails that could not be delivered. Click Undeliverable to see why the email was not delivered. |
Note: It may take five minutes or more for a newsletter event to be
recorded in the summary statistics.
Click-Through Rate
The Click-Through Rate chart shows the percentage of recipients who clicked a link in the newsletter. When you hover over a bar in the chart, a dialog displays the Click-Through Rate as a percentage for each newsletter.
Recent Newsletters
The Recent Newsletters table displays the newsletters currently in progress as well as a list of newsletters that were sent to recipients.
- The Draft column displays a list of draft newsletters and the date they were modified.
- The Sent and Scheduled column displays a list of newsletters that are in the field or waiting to be delivered.
