View member uploaded images

View the images that members uploaded in response to a Member Image Upload question.

Member uploaded images are exported as a .zip file. The export file contains all of the uploaded images, as well as a CSV file you can use to associate the image to each member.

Note:

• You cannot export uploaded images until your survey has collected live data. Live data is any data collected in a live survey link with a ResponseStatus of Completed, Incomplete, Disqualified, or Over Quota. For more information, see System questions.

1. In your survey, click the Exports tab.
2. On the Exports tab, click Export Images.
   Note: The Export Images button appears after participants have uploaded images in a live survey.
   The images are downloaded to your computer. Depending on the number of images that were uploaded, it may take a few seconds to download the file. Do not navigate away from the page until all of the images have downloaded.
3. Follow your computer's prompts to save or open the export file.
