Create a Member Image Upload question

Ask participants to upload an image.

Member Image Upload questions work in desktop and mobile view. Members can upload any size image when responding to the question.

Supported file types

.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tiff

Note:

• The Member Image Upload question does not appear in the reports.
• The Member Image Upload question in power surveys is not HIPAA-compliant. If you need a HIPAA-compliant alternative, use the Image Upload question in surveys. For more information, see Create an Image Upload question.

1. In Power Survey Authoring, click the Questionnaire tab.
2. On the Authoring Navigation Bar, hover over Question, and then select Member Image Upload.
3. Add the question text.
   1. Click the Question field, and then type the question text.
      For information on formatting the text and adding files such as images, see Editing toolbar.
   2. Click Update.
   Note:

   • The application automatically removes any Javascript that you add to question text, instruction text, or content boxes.
4. In the Properties section, set the question properties.

5. Click Save.
