Set access for computer and mobile respondents

On the Details tab, you can enable and disable mobile access for the survey using the Respondent Access setting.

Create a power survey

The Respondent Access setting controls:

  • Whether mobile respondents see a mobile-friendly version of the survey.
  • Whether respondents on certain devices are blocked from completing the survey.
  • How certain question types are displayed.
  • Whether you, as the survey author, have access to mobile-related features while you author the survey (for example, using Quick Test to simulate a mobile survey or viewing a survey test link on your mobile phone).

By default, Respondent Access is set to Computer and mobile.

  1. In Power Survey Authoring, click the Details tab.
  2. In the Mobile and Computer Access to Survey section, click Select Devices.
  3. In the Mobile and Computer Access to Survey dialog, select one of the following settings:

  4. Review the information about the setting you selected.
  5. Click Select.
  6. On the Details tab, click Save.
