Use the Can access recruitment surveys permission to control access to recruitment surveys by Power Users.
Recruiting overview page
Power Users without the Can access recruitment surveys can view recruitment activities and statistics on this page, but they cannot:
- Add new recruitment surveys.
- Duplicate or delete recruitment surveys. If it is a standard survey, they cannot convert it to a modern survey.
- Edit existing surveys by navigating to the Build page.
Build tab
The Build page is not available for Power Users that do not have the Can access recruitment surveys permission. They are prevented from accessing the Build tab and all of the features it contains for building and editing recruitment surveys.
Distribute tab
Power Users that do not have the Can access recruitment surveys permission have limited access to the features in the Distribute tab. They have read-only access to view items created by other users in the Invitations, Confirmations, and Links tabs. They cannot send out distributions immediately, schedule distributions, send confirmations, or create distribution links or edit link attributes. They can view links created by other users, and copy those links.
Monitor tab
There are no restrictions on accessing the Monitor tab for Power Users that do not have the Can access recruitment surveys permission. They are able to view all available metrics and preview the recruitment survey from this tab.
Report tab
Power Users that do not have the Can access recruitment surveys permission are prevented from exporting report data, and the Export menu is not displayed in the user interface for these users.
